I could value some consultation in respect to how I might as well adjust my home advance. I am at present battling with the home advance installments I am right now on. I have a contract of $ 658000 at an investment rate of 7%, variable rate. Might as well I be modifying part of the advance to settled rate given the present investment rate cut situation?
